Dr. med. Lenka Staun
Practice owner
I am a specialist in psychosomatic medicine, psychoanalyst, group analyst, MBT therapist and supervisor and visiting scientist at Charité-Berlin. I have been working scientifically and clinically with Mentalization-Based Therapy (MBT) for many years.
As a passionate group therapist, my practice specializes on psychoanalytic, psychodynamic and mentalization-based group therapy, which is offered in German and English.
I have been offering MBT seminars and training courses in Germany and abroad for many years. As an MBT supervisor recognized by the Anna Freud Centre in London and the MBT-DACH, I offer MBT supervision in individual and group settings.
As a scientist, I have been intensively involved with new treatment approaches for ADHD in recent years and have developed and researched a new treatment approach for ADHD at the International Psychoanalytic University (IPU) Berlin: Mentalization-Based Therapy (MBT) for ADHD as a group therapy. In an initial study, it was shown that MBT group therapy significantly improves ADHD symptoms as well as emotional regulation and quality of life of affected patients.
